Limiting Exchange 2010 Database Cache

  1. Start ADSIEDIT.msc
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Services > Microsoft Exchange > <Organization Name> > Administrative Groups > <Administrative Group> > Servers > <Server Name> > InformationStore
  3. set msExchESEparamCacheSizeMax to 131072
  4. set msExchESEparamCacheSizeMin to 131072
  5. Restart System

NOTE: This should limit the store to 4GB…
